Return/Exchange Policy


No returns are permitted at this time, instead you will be issued store credit for the amount that was spent if contacted within 7 days. Store credit will be issued upon arrival of the item and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Plan for standard shipping time in order to receive your store credit. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale with no exceptions. 

 If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an $8.95 shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee. Items will be shipped back to you.


We are happy to accommodate exchanges up to 7 days after the purchase, however, please keep in mind that in some items, we only carry one of each. The exact same item may not be available in a different size.

Incorrect Items

If your order arrives and is incorrect, please send an email to with the order number in the subject line. We will address the issue at our earliest convenience.

Missing Items

If you fail to receive an item, please contact as soon as you can. Please include your order number in the subject of the email. We will address the issue at our earliest convenience. 

Flawed/Broken Items 

If you received a flawed/broken item, please send an email to as soon as possible with an image attached of how you received the item. Please include the order number in the subject of the email. If we do not receive an email within 7 days of the purchase date, no action will be taken.
